Horseback Racing on the Seaground
Have you ever heard about a horseback race on the grounds of the sea?
This takes place every year, most of the time in July at the german northsea coast. The town is called "Cuxhaven" and is located around 100 kilometers away from Hamburg in the northern part of Germany.
As thr tide at the coast is moving the waters away, the race starts around lunchtime and this year it was at 13:00 0`clock German time. Actually you have 12 races an it is more than fascinating,if you see these horses racing on the ground of the northsea. You can even bet on the outcoming of these races and you can make a lot of money and loose a lot of money!
About 30000 spectators watch these races.
